Your order is an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Order confirmation via WhatsApp or email does not guarantee acceptance.
4.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full before shipment. We accept mobile money, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (Kampala only). Payment details are provided when you place your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Please review our Refund & Return Policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
