At Olesen Naturals, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original, unopened packaging
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Not be a custom or personalized item

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via WhatsApp (+256 789 823498) or email (info@olesennaturals.com) within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Receive Instructions: We'll provide return shipping instructions and a return authorization.
  4. Ship Back: Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided.

Refund Process

Timeline

  • Processing: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund: 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Mobile Money/Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid via cash on delivery, we'll arrange a bank transfer or mobile money refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Wrong Item Received: We cover return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Bulk/wholesale orders (subject to separate agreement)

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage when possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. We're happy to help you find the right product!

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our return policy. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Contact us before returning international orders.
